MUT TMO 3-way motorized ball valve Ø1 M/M/M 230V with relay
The MUT TMO 3-way motorized ball valve is designed to control and divert the flow of hot and cold water in heating, cooling and domestic water distribution systems.
The 3-way configuration allows the valve to be used both as a diverter , with inlet from port AB and outlet from port A or B, and as a mixing valve , with inlet from ports A and B and outlet from port AB. The flow is managed by a ball valve electrically operated by the servomotor.
When the servomotor is powered, movement is transmitted to the shaft integral with the ball. Through the holes inside the ball, the ball diverts the fluid from one port to another depending on the system's needs. The MUT TMO 3 series valves are also equipped with an anti-seize ball system and special anti-seize seals, designed to ensure reliable operation over time.
The motorized head can be removed without affecting the hydraulic system , thanks to the quick-release system and electrical connection via Molex connector. This configuration facilitates installation and maintenance.
The MUT TMO 7.030.01868 , model TMO 25-MMM SPST M1S , features 3 G 1 male threaded connections , 230V power supply and SPST configuration with built-in relay . The product is supplied with a 6-pole Molex cable .
The valve body, control shaft, and ball are made of brass . The sealing rings are made of PTFE , while the O-rings are made of EPDM .
The valve can be used with water and glycol solutions , with a maximum glycol percentage of 50% . The nominal pressure is PN10 , while the maximum operating differential pressure is 250 kPa . The flow coefficient Kvs is 5 m³/h and the fluid temperature range is between 5 and 90°C .
The servomotor has a maximum power consumption of 7 W , protection class IP40 and insulation class II . The ambient temperature range is between 0 and 60°C .
Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by expert and qualified technical personnel , following the instructions given in the MUT technical documentation.
