SFA Sanicom1 lifting station for grey water
The Sanicom 1 is an automatic lifting station designed for the disposal of clear (grey) water from appliances such as sinks, dishwashers, washing machines, showers or bathtubs (excluding toilets).
Suitable for both domestic and commercial installations (e.g. studios, gyms, restaurants), it also supports hot water up to 90°C for short cycles.
Thanks to its “floor-standing” design, it does not require an underground pit: it can be placed directly on a stable base.
It is equipped with two side inputs for connecting multiple hydraulic devices and an integrated alarm for detecting abnormal levels.
APPLICATIONS AND INSTALLATION
Typical applications:

In rooms where it is not possible to provide a natural descent to the sewer (e.g. basements, cellars, lower floors without a natural descent).

In environments with multiple plumbing fixtures (washing machines, dishwashers, sinks, showers) that must be conveyed to a manifold.

In commercial or semi-industrial facilities where larger volumes of water flow are handled (e.g. professional kitchens, laundries).

Retrofit, adding a lifting system for “non-naturally flowing” water.
Installation method:

It must be placed on a flat, stable surface, protected from frost and accidental immersion.

Leave a maintenance space around (e.g. at least 60 cm around) to allow access.

Connect the inlets (two side pipes) and the outlet pipe (drain).

Arrange the ventilation pipe (top opening) to avoid depression/return phenomena.

Make the electrical connection in accordance with current regulations, with adequate protection.

Check the tightness of the hydraulic connections before activation.

Do not exceed the maximum performance (height, capacity) to avoid malfunctions.
