The product

Based on Bioclean 363, a product specially designed to clean and sanitize air filters, finned packs and heat exchange coils of air conditioners and fan coils, CLIMA SANIT is a neutral product with a high sanitizing and cleansing power . Its use is ideal for removing deposits of dirt and bacteria from both civil and industrial air conditioning systems , while also performing a powerful sanitizing action against legionella. It is used on fixed and mobile air conditioners and conditioners, dehumidifiers, fan coils and fan coils, air purifiers.

Simple and quick to use, its neutral formulation makes it safe on all materials. CLIMA SANIT is effective at very low doses and leaves a pleasant citrus scent. Available in 1 L packs, to be diluted appropriately according to the instructions, it allows to obtain up to 20 L of solution. The product should be stored away from sources of excessive heat or cold.

How to use

Cleaning and sanitizing air filters : prepare a 5% solution of CLIMA SANIT and water and leave the filters, previously removed from the air conditioners, to soak for 2/3 hours and then rinse them.

Cleaning and sanitizing finned packs : prepare a 10% solution of CLIMA SANIT and water and apply by spray; the condensation will wash away the product without leaving residues.
