Boiler installation kit with coaxial flue for Bosch condensing boilers, dirt separator, polyphosphate dispenser and neutralizing cartridge
This boiler kit includes:
n.1 coaxial flue pipe for Bosch condensing boilers Ø 60/100 in aluminium and polypropylene;
n.1 Blue Kit Basic 3.3 by Tecnogas including mud separator, polyphosphate dispenser and neutralizing cartridge.
HORIZONTAL WALL COAXIAL FLUE EXHAUST KIT Ø 60/100 IN ALUMINUM/PP FOR BOSCH JUNKERS CONDENSING BOILERS
The Stabile PACKIT 7 D60-100 horizontal wall coaxial kit is used as a flue gas exhaust for Bosch (Junkers Bosch) brand condensing boilers.
The flue gas exhaust and air intake kit consists of an internal polypropylene pipe resistant to acid condensation and an external aluminium pipe painted white RAL 9003; the kit is tested to withstand flue gas temperatures of up to 120°C.
The coaxial kit, 1 m long, is composed of:
- Pc. 1 - External pipe with a diameter of 100 mm for the flue gas exhaust, containing an internal pipe with a diameter of 60 mm for the air intake; complete with anti-wind terminal
- Pz. 1 - Concentric curve
- Pz. 1 - Internal rose window
- Pz. 1 - External rose window
- Pc. 1 - Pipe clamp diameter 100 mm
- Pc. 1 - Pack of screws and gaskets
- Pc. 1 - Assembly instructions.
The kit complies with the EN 14471:2013+A1:2015 standard.

The Tecnogas BLUE KIT BASIC 3.3 is a complete kit designed to protect and maintain boiler efficiency, addressing problems such as ferromagnetic residues, sludge, acid condensation, and limescale. This kit includes three main components:

Installation : Designed for installation on the heating system return pipe. Its compact size allows for installation even in small spaces. A bypass system is recommended for easier maintenance.

Installation : Suitable for boilers up to 35 kW, it can be installed in three different configurations: horizontal, vertical with a straight hose connection, or vertical with a 90° hose connection. The transparent container allows for easy monitoring of the neutralizing charge status.
