The Clivet Cristallo 2 air conditioner it is a true revolution in the field of air purification as it is equipped with a multiple air filtering system designed to guarantee the well-being of users at 360°. It consists of: washable and reusable high density filter , which has the purpose of removing larger particles of dirt, dust and microbes and also providing protection to the other filters; cold catalyst filter which has the function of retaining unpleasant odors and decomposing dangerous gases present in the air (e.g. VOC) converting them into harmless particles such as water and carbon dioxide; activated carbon filter which, in addition to eliminating unpleasant odors, purifies the air by absorbing microparticles and harmful bacteria; silver ion filter , through which the latter are constantly released in order to obtain a 99% removal of bacteria and viruses.

THE OUTDOOR UNIT
The MU2-Y outdoor units for multi-split Clivet air conditioners in the residential range have Inverter and Heat Pump technology and represent the beating heart of the air conditioner. The entire range has been renewed compared to the previous MU1-Y and now boasts better performance, greater simplicity and flexibility in installation, a wide operating range in both cooling and heating. The MU2-Y outdoor units work with the innovative R32 gas, a friend of nature and the consumer because it has a low environmental impact and is more performing and economical than its predecessors.
The multisplit outdoor units offer the great advantage of air conditioning several rooms using only one outdoor unit and one indoor unit for each room ; they are particularly recommended where there is little space for the installation of several outdoor units or when you want to reduce the visual impact of this component of the air conditioner on the facade of the building to be air-conditioned.
The outdoor unit presented here has a nominal power of 10.5 kW (in cooling) and allows you to connect and power up to four Clivet indoor units of any series, even with different powers; the indoor units will always operate independently and each will have its own control.
