The Cordivari BOLLY 2 XL WB 500 liter DHW kettle is a thermal accumulator designed for the production and accumulation of domestic hot water to be integrated into traditional, solar, condensation and heat pump systems. The domestic hot water kettle is a storage tank capable of containing large quantities of water to be maintained at the desired temperature.
The production of domestic hot water for personal hygiene or for domestic use is essential to meet the most common residential needs; in order to satisfy these needs and ensure constant and instantaneous availability of domestic hot water, it is now highly recommended to combine a domestic hot water kettle with the heating system. It is also possible to produce DHW using renewable energy sources such as solar thermal panels, which, among other things, allow you to simultaneously save on energy costs. The Cordivari BOLLY 2 XL 500 liter DHW kettle is made of steel coated in Polywarm (ACS - SSICA - EN 16421 certifications) suitable for drinking water pursuant to Ministerial Decree no. 174 of 06.04.04 and with rigid insulation in expanded polyurethane with high thermal insulation and external PVC covering.
Equipped with 2 fixed steel heat exchangers coated in Polywarm, particularly qualitative and durable; the kettle with fixed exchanger contains inside a container for domestic hot water which is made up of a fixed stainless steel coil, responsible for heating the surrounding liquid. This type of accumulator is certainly among the most reliable and high-performance, guaranteeing an excellent balance between quantity and speed in the supply of DHW, even in situations where demand is high.
BOLLY 2 XL Cordivari features high cathodic protection thanks to the presence of the magnesium anode which protects the accumulator from corrosion, ensuring longevity and robustness against corrosion that could be caused by continuous galvanic currents; drain through sleeve on the bottom; gaskets in food grade silicone rubber, resistance in operation up to 200 °C and head in carbon steel with Polywarm treatment. Storage tank with Pmax 10 bar and Tmax 90°C, exchanger with Pmax 12 bar and Tmax 110° and energy class C.
All plumbing connections on the back, front connections and flange are aligned for quick and easy installation, with drain through sleeve on the bottom.
The installation is on a base, must be carried out by authorized and qualified technical personnel and requires a dedicated technical room capable of accommodating the bulk of the kettle, taking care to reserve adequate space for maintenance operations.
