Daikin Altherma 3 M EBLA is a compact unit , it is a monoblock air/water heat pump system, plug and play solution, complete with all system components and ready for hydraulic connection. The version proposed here is the 7.80 kW in heating and 5.44 kW in cooling.

The Daikin Altherma 3 M EBLA air-to-water heat pumps are the most modern and efficient system for heating and cooling homes, offices, shops, etc., perfect for small/medium-sized residential and commercial applications .

This reversible monobloc system provides heating and cooling and is the ideal solution for indoor environments with limited space. The hydraulic components are included , integrated into the unit, as is the refrigerant circuit.

CUTTING EDGE DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY OF DAIKIN PDC

The Altherma 3 M EBLA heat pump is the first third-generation Daikin unit starting from its renewed and extremely functional design: the white front grille with horizontal lines hides the fan from view, also reducing the perception of noise; furthermore, its particular geometry reduces the contact surface with the air, improving its circulation and allowing for single-fan units even in the most powerful versions. Sound power of only 62 db(A) , with the possibility of further reducing noise by enabling silent mode.

This heat pump uses R32 refrigerant gas which offers a low global warming potential (GWP) and ensures greater energy efficiency and lower CO2 emissions.

Flow temperature up to 60°C and operating range up to -25°C ambient; excellent heating performance up to energy class A++ with average climate conditions (55°C) and up to energy class A+++ with average climate conditions (35°C). Domestic hot water up to energy class A+ : in this case it will be necessary to connect a storage tank for the production of domestic hot water and purchase the boiler probe code 141067 separately, to be used in the absence of E-Pac, for combining the Altherma heat pump with SCS/HYC type energy accumulators.

LWT of 60°C at -5°C without backup heater , but with the possibility of integrating it optionally by purchasing the auxiliary backup-heater BUH 3-6 kW cod.EKLBUHCB6W1 separately.

Daikin, a leading brand in the thermo-hydraulic sector, has always stood out for the quality of its components and in Altherma 3 M EBLA, in addition to the Inverter technology which allows for maximising yields while reducing consumption,   all the necessary hydraulic components are included as standard : high efficiency circulator, magnetic dirt filter, system expansion vessel, by-pass valve, safety valve on the system.

INSTALLATION COMFORT AND FLEXIBILITY

The Daikin Altherma 3 M EBLA pdc is the ideal compact solution when space is limited and can even be installed under a window.

Installation (no Fgas license required) , maintenance and commissioning can be carried out easily thanks to the rotating control unit which is an absolute novelty of this monobloc heat pump , an innovation introduced by Daikin which allows installers to easily access the hydraulic and refrigerant components of the unit.

The unit works perfectly with various types of radiant bodies, such as fan coils, underfloor heating systems or heat pump convectors.

The Hydronic Module allows for direct connection to the system; for sanitary applications, however, integration with an accumulator is recommended.

Possible combination with In-Wall systems in Hybrid or Full Electric configuration and smart grid function for maximum integration with the photovoltaic system.

This heat pump can be managed by the MMI control panel included in the supply , to be wired, simple and intuitive with an extremely user-friendly interface. But it is also possible to exercise remote control by connecting to the included WLAN card . It will be necessary to download the Onecta App available on Google Play and App Store to be able to easily access the programming, control and monitoring functions via your smartphone. Daikin Onecta is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands.

For complete temperature control via APP it is advisable to purchase separately   also BRC1H (Daikin Madoka wired control code BRC1HHDW ) in the environment.

Installation must be performed by expert technical personnel. The first start-up is not mandatory , but it can be purchased separately by contacting the local DAIKIN CAT.
