The Valsir Brezza60 controlled mechanical ventilation system is the ideal solution for air exchange in residential and commercial spaces in new or renovated buildings, characterised by high levels of thermal insulation; being a decentralised system , it is suitable for the ventilation of single rooms and requires very low energy input .
The Valsir Brezza60 VMC is suitable for installation on perimeter walls between 250 mm and 400 mm thick. Featuring a modern, lightweight design and high-quality components, it blends seamlessly into any environment. Brezza60 ensures continuous, controlled air exchange and is ideal for all enclosed spaces, including homes, hotels, schools, offices, and all private and public spaces.

The system is made of durable, high-quality materials and boasts a premium aesthetic, with a nominal duct diameter of 160 mm. It features a ceramic exchanger with efficiencies of up to 93%. It is equipped with a low-consumption brushless motor, an invisible internal automatic shutter to prevent unwanted air from entering when the product is off, separate G3 class filters for incoming and outgoing air, a visual indicator for functions and alarms, remote control flow regulation, and a 3-level humidity sensor.
The device works by alternating 70-second cycles of air intake and exhaust from the rooms. The on-board ceramic exchanger retains the energy of the air drawn from inside the room; after 70 seconds, the operation reverses and the energy is released to the air drawn from outside.
It is installed on the wall by qualified and authorised technical personnel.
