The Vortice Vort HRW 30 Mono Evo HCS controlled mechanical ventilation system is the ideal solution for air exchange in residential and commercial premises of new or renovated buildings, characterised by high levels of thermal insulation; being a decentralised system, it is suitable for the ventilation of single rooms and requires a very low energy contribution .
The VMC Vortice Vort HRW 30 Mono Evo HCS It is suitable for mounting on perimeter walls with a thickness between 260 mm and 700 mm. Its compact design and high-quality components make it visually pleasing and versatile, fitting easily into any environment. Vort HRW 30 Mono Evo HCS guarantees continuous and controlled air exchange. It is ideal for all closed spaces such as domestic environments but also in hotels, schools, offices and all private and public places.
TECHNOLOGY, COMFORT AND SAVINGS GUARANTEED
System made of shock-proof and anti-UV plastic resin , with a nominal diameter of 100 mm, it is equipped with a high-efficiency accumulation heat exchanger (up to 90% at minimum air flow) made of ceramic material and of the hexagonal cell type to maximize the heat exchange surface. In winter operation, thanks to the periodic reversal of the rotation direction of the fan motor, the exchange pack is cyclically heated by the extracted hot air and subsequently releases most of this heat to the incoming cold renewal air, while in summer the logic is reversed.
Additional technical features make this VMC unit one of the best on the market: low consumption EC fan motor , powered by low voltage and with shafts mounted on ball bearings, featuring 5 operating speeds to promote the best compromise between treated air flow, consumption and noise emission, they are designed to operate clockwise and anticlockwise and thus allow the product to operate in the Suction, Ventilation and Ventilation with heat recovery modes; relative humidity sensor and a brightness sensor for automatic operation of the product, both integrated in the chassis, as well as the mechanical system for quick closing of the air outlet; two air filters , an IsoCoarse 65% and a coarser pre-filter for dust, both easily removable for cleaning and maintenance operations; electrical insulation class II (no earthing required); reporting of the condition of saturated filters and external rubber-molded grids that can also be mounted from the inside to simplify installation and include an easily removable insect net to facilitate cleaning.
The VMC Vortice Vort HRW 30 Mono Evo HCS has five operating modes :
- Continuous ventilation with heat recovery : the fan periodically reverses the direction of rotation to allow the transfer of the heat previously accumulated in the exchanger to the lower temperature flow;
- Ventilation in supply mode : the fan always operates in supply mode, introducing fresh air into the room;
- Ventilation in extraction mode : the fan always operates in suction mode, extracting stale air from the room;
- Automatic : the recuperator, working in synergy with the relative humidity sensor, manages the air flows autonomously and automatically;
- Night : with the lights off/dim the fan works at minimum speed, regardless of the relative humidity values detected.
Extremely silent , this ventilation unit is supplied as standard with a remote control through which it is possible to manage the machine remotely and set the various parameters as desired; further technical and operating specifications can be found in the user manual supplied with the product.
It is installed on the wall by qualified and authorised technical personnel.
