The Vortice Vort HRW 40 Mono Evo controlled mechanical ventilation system is the ideal solution for air exchange in residential and commercial premises of new or renovated buildings, characterized by high levels of thermal insulation; Since it is a decentralized system, it is suitable for the ventilation of single rooms up to 14 m2 with an average height of 2.70 m and requires a very low energy contribution .
The VMC Vortice Vort HRW 40 Mono Evo it is suitable for mounting on perimeter walls with a thickness between 260 mm and 700 mm, with its compact design and high quality components it is visually pleasant and versatile, fitting easily into any environment. Vort HRW 40 Mono Evo guarantees continuous and controlled air exchange, it is ideal in all closed places such as domestic environments but also in hotels, schools, offices and in all private and public places.
TECHNOLOGY, COMFORT AND SAVINGS GUARANTEED
System made of anti-shock and anti-UV plastic resin , with a nominal diameter of 160 mm, is equipped with a high efficiency storage heat exchanger (up to 90% at the minimum air flow rate) made of ceramic material and of the hexagonal cells to maximize the heat exchange surface. In winter operation, thanks to the periodic inversion of the direction of rotation of the motor fan, the exchange pack is cyclically heated by the extracted hot air and subsequently transfers most of this heat to the incoming cold fresh air, while in summer the logic is reverses.
Further technical features make this VMC unit one of the best on the market: low consumption EC motor fan , powered by low voltage and with shafts mounted on ball bearings, characterized by 5 operating speeds to favor the best compromise between flow rate treated air, consumption and sound emission, designed to operate clockwise and anti-clockwise and thus allow the product to operate in Suction, Ventilation and Ventilation with heat recovery modes; two air filters , an IsoCoarse 65% and a coarser pre-filter for dust, both easily removable for cleaning and maintenance operations; possibility of interlocking with remote C-TEMP and C-HCS sensors for automatic management of operating logics; saturated filter warning light visible in the lower part of the chassis, immediately behind the front cover; external molded rubber grilles that can also be mounted from the inside to simplify installation and include an easily removable anti-insect net to facilitate cleaning operations.

Continuous ventilation with heat recovery : the fan periodically reverses the direction of rotation to allow the flow of the heat previously accumulated in the exchanger to be transferred to a lower temperature;

Ventilation in supply mode : the fan always operates in supply mode, introducing fresh air into the room;

Ventilation in extraction mode : the fan always operates in extraction mode, extracting stale air from the environment;
Extremely silent , this ventilation unit is equipped with controls for switching on/off, for adjusting the operating mode and for selecting the fan speed, located on the machine .
It is installed on the wall by qualified and authorized technical personnel.
