GUARANTEED SAVINGS AND HIGH COMFORT
The technology of the LYDOS HYBRID WiFi electric water heater renewable energy through the heat pump and through the traditional system through the electric resistance; the result is incredibly low energy absorption to the point of bringing it into Class A with the consequence of a 50% saving in electricity consumption compared to a normal Class B water heater. Its intelligence equipped with the i-Memory software together with the Program Function learns the hot water withdrawal habits day by day and automatically manages its production by programming the temperature every hour; as a result, the water heater will offer the greatest energy efficiency in heat pump operation, the greatest speed in combined operation with heat pump and electric heater, the highest temperature in operation with electric heater only. The Green Function makes it possible to reduce electricity consumption to a minimum; the Eco Evo System prevents possible voltage drops in the electricity while always maintaining the minimum temperature of 45°C. The water heater is equipped with the Boost Function which further speeds up the production of domestic hot water and with the Shower Ready icon when it is available for the first shower; moreover, thanks to the Night Function it is possible to switch off the compressor during the night to eliminate its already minimal noise, with the Cooling Function the compressor can be deactivated to avoid cooling the room where the water heater is installed too much. If it is not possible to channel the condensate and therefore the Condensate collection tray (optional) has been installed, the Condensate Alert communicates when the tray is full and enables operation exclusively with the electric resistance. The parameterisations still include the automatic Antifreeze Function which prevents damage to the water heater if the temperature drops below 5°C and the Defrost Function which switches off the heat pump and keeps the fan on.
Active anode protection prevents tank corrosion; the latest generation electrical resistance is enamelled in an anti-noise colorless nickel alloy which prevents the formation of limescale.
Safety and design are also guaranteed by the chassis which hides the hydraulic connections. The Anti Legionella System prevents the proliferation of bacteria in the tank.
The electronic type front control panel with display constantly provides indications on the operation of the water heater; the programming keys allow you to interact with the functions and setting settings.
Thanks to the integrated WiFi system, Lydos Hybrid can also be managed remotely with the special Acqua Ariston NET app downloadable from Android and IOS.
During installation, a water heater with a traditional heat pump requires more precautions than a normal electric water heater; LYDOS HYBRID WiFi is installed like an electric water heater quickly and easily because it is compatible with the water connections of traditional Ariston water heaters, therefore it does not require additional installation interventions.
The water heater comes complete with:

- - 8 BAR safety unit against overpressure;
- - Condensate drain pipe;
- - 2 plugs and 2 screws for wall fixing.
All Ariston products are checked and tested in the factory to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
