The ERCOS Thermostatic Control is a knob that replaces the water inlet adjustment knob in the radiator; it has a sequence of numbers indicating temperature values. Specifically, it is possible to position the knob on 5 temperature levels , generally variable between 7° and 28° , as well as on the antifreeze option .
The valve with ERCOS Thermostatic Control can be installed on every radiator in the home; in this way it is possible to choose and/or differentiate the temperature to be set in the various rooms, according to one's needs.
Inside there is a liquid temperature sensor : this device is able to perceive whether the set temperature has been reached in that environment or if it has dropped below the predefined level. The more the temperature in the room rises, the less water will pass through the radiator. Consequently, the radiator will begin to warm up in the lower part, while continuing to give off heat in the upper part, thus avoiding waste of energy. In any case, the temperature remains constant inside the room since, whenever it falls below the set temperature, the thermostatic control is reactivated, the water flow resumes, and the radiator will begin to spread heat evenly again.
Installation is quick and easy; the ERCOS Thermostatic Control is already composed of the valve and the thermostatic head; for installation it must be completed with the appropriate fitting for multilayer pipe or copper pipe.

ERCOS SQUARE HOLDER WITH 1/2" MX 3/4" M CONNECTIONS FOR RADIATORS
The ERCOS Square Lockshield is mounted on the lower part of the radiators and is the device that regulates the outlet flow of the water flowing through the system.

The ERCOS Square Lockshield is exactly comparable to a tap, through which it is possible to regulate the flow of water which must leave the circuit to return to the boiler. For installation it does not require further connections or fittings as it is already prepared for fixing ; the heating system connection is in threaded chromed brass while the components inside are in stainless steel, guaranteeing impeccable efficiency and durability over time. For installation, it must be completed with the special fitting for multilayer pipes or for copper pipes.
