The MX135/1 Mini code 135112 from Maxiflame is an interface module designed to integrate a gas boiler and a biomass thermoproduct , separating the two circuits via a plate exchanger. It allows the creation of a safe hybrid system compliant with INAIL regulations, avoiding the sum of the powers and ensuring the correct operation of the generators.

What is it for?

It is used to connect two different generators (gas + wood/pellet) in the same system, keeping the following separate:

• open vessel circuit (biomass)

• closed vessel circuit (boiler)

In practice: it allows the fireplace and boiler to work together safely.

How it works

The heat is transferred through the plate exchanger without mixing the circuits:

• the boiler works initially

• when the thermoproduct reaches the temperature, it starts working

• the system can automatically turn off the boiler

All managed via an external control unit (not integrated).

Ideal for:

• thermo fireplaces, thermo stoves and biomass hydro boilers

• systems with gas boiler already installed

• homes with domestic hybrid systems

As visible in the installation diagrams, the module is inserted between the generators and the system, ensuring correct management of the flows
