MUT TMO 2-way motorized ball valve Ø1 M/M 230V with relay
The MUT TMO 2-way motorized ball valve is designed to automatically intercept the flow of hot and cold water in heating, air conditioning and domestic water distribution systems.
The valve uses a ball valve operated by a servomotor. When the motor is electrically powered, the movement is transmitted to the control shaft, causing the ball to rotate and opening or closing the fluid passage.
The MUT TMO 2 series valves are equipped with an anti-seize ball system , designed to ensure proper rotation even after periods of inactivity. Special anti-seize seals also help ensure reliable operation over time.
The motorized head can be removed without affecting the hydraulic system , thanks to the quick-release system and electrical connection via Molex connector. This configuration makes installation and maintenance easier and quicker.
The MUT TMO 7.030.01856 , model TMO 25-2MM SPST M1S , is a 2-way motorized valve with G 1 male-male threaded connections, 230V power supply and built-in relay . It is equipped with a 6-pin Molex Mini-Fit JR cable .
The valve body is made of brass , as is the ball, which has a chrome finish. The ball's hydraulic seal is made of PTFE , with EPDM O-rings.
The valve can be used with water and glycol solutions , with a maximum glycol percentage of 50% . The nominal pressure is PN10 , while the maximum operating differential pressure is 250 kPa . The fluid temperature range is between 5 and 90°C .
The servomotor has a maximum power consumption of 7 W , protection degree IP40 and insulation class II . For the SPST configuration, the opening and closing switching time is approximately 15 seconds for a 90° rotation .
Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by expert and qualified technical personnel , following the instructions given in the manufacturer's technical documentation.
