MUT TMO 2-way motorized ball valve Ø1/2 M/M 230V with relay
The MUT TMO 2-way motorized ball valve is designed to automatically intercept the flow of fluid in heating, air conditioning and water distribution systems, allowing you to control the passage of hot and cold water within the circuit.
The valve uses a ball valve operated by a servomotor: when the motor is electrically powered, the movement is transmitted to the shaft, which causes the ball to rotate, opening or closing the water flow. The MUT TMO 2 series valves are also equipped with a specific anti-blocking system for the ball , designed to ensure reliable operation over time.
The motorized head can be removed without affecting the hydraulic system , thanks to the quick-release system and electrical connection via Molex connector. This solution facilitates valve installation and maintenance.
The MUT TMO 7.030.01852 , model TMO 15-2MM SPST M1S , is a 2-way motorized valve with G 1/2 male-male threaded connections, 230V power supply and built-in relay . It is supplied with a 1 metre long 6-pole cable and Molex Mini-Fit JR connector .
The valve body and ball are made of brass , while the ball seal is ensured by PTFE rings combined with EPDM Perox O-rings. The valve can be used with water and glycol solutions , with a maximum glycol concentration of 50% .
The nominal pressure is PN10 , with a maximum differential pressure of 2.5 bar . The fluid temperature range is between 2 and 90°C , while the permissible ambient temperature is between 0 and 60°C . The servomotor has a maximum absorbed power of 7 W and a switching time of approximately 15 seconds for a 90° rotation .
Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by expert and qualified technical personnel , in compliance with the instructions given in the manufacturer's technical documentation.
