The Samsung EHS Mono HT Quiet heat pump is the new Samsung high temperature heat pump, ideal for both renovations and new installations in newly built homes. Designed to ensure maximum performance and comfort even in extreme situations and for harsher climates thanks to the latest generation compressor. In fact, the EHS Mono HT Quiet heat pump is able to heat and cool the home and produce domestic hot water while maintaining maximum energy efficiency A+++ (water 35°) and A++ (water 55°).
Equipped with cutting-edge technologies, it is able to reach high water temperatures of up to 70°. This feature makes it ideal for the renovation and replacement of boilers in systems with radiators that require water temperatures above 65°. Thanks to the expansion of the exchange surface and the new Scroll compressor which compresses the refrigerant at a higher pressure, the EHS Mono HT Quiet heat pump is able to guarantee 100% of the heating power even in the harshest climatic conditions with temperatures down to -25°.
Design
With a compact and minimalist design, the Samsung EHS Mono HT Quiet high temperature heat pump is characterized by its modern and elegant line, emphasized by the choice of Dark Gray color which makes it particularly versatile and suitable for any type of environment and trend in the design of the most contemporary buildings. In addition, it features a horizontal black grille that hides the internal mechanics from view.
Guaranteed savings and high comfort
Thanks to its construction technology, the heat pump draws heat from the external environment to transfer it to the system terminals and can produce 5 kW of thermal energy for every kW of electricity consumed: this means that more than 75% of the energy produced is completely free, clean and renewable! The use of R32 refrigerant gas, the most ecological on the market with a Global Warming Potential (GPW) 70% lower than R-410A, ensures better performance and heat exchange as well as a high rate of efficiency in terms of environmental impact.
One of the main features of the new EHS Mono HT Quiet unit is the minimum noise level. Certified Quiet Mark, it operates at noise levels up to 35 d(BA)⁵ in 4-step silent mode. The heat pump outdoor unit is equipped with a double-layer sound insulation system with patented Groove Grid Felt⁶ design, which effectively blocks and absorbs the noise produced by parts subject to compression and vibration. The compressor shaft features a reinforced structure that minimizes vibrations, supported by a state-of-the-art damping system. The multi-notched profile of the EHS Mono HT Quiet fan has also been designed to guarantee the minimization of the noise generated by the moving blades.
Great modularity of installation and use
The EHS Mono HT Quiet heat pump has been specifically designed to ensure maximum ease of installation and maintenance. The internal parts of the heat pump are easily accessible via the side panel which can be removed by undoing three screws. This significantly saves time and effort during the installation and maintenance procedure.
Equipped with Flash Injection Technology, it increases performance and guarantees maximum yield even in the most extreme conditions. EHS Mono HT Quiet is equipped with a latest generation Scroll compressor which, combined with Flash Injection technology, guarantees 100% heating power down to -25°C**. Both the triple-rank external coil and the internal plate heat exchanger have an increased exchange surface which allows the achievement of high-level performance. The coating of the heat exchanger fins allows for greater resistance to corrosion, an increase in heat transfer and a reduction in defrost cycles. The galvanized metal structure guarantees durability over time and maintenance of performance, even in adverse weather conditions.
The technological improvements and the structural redesign allow the new EHS Mono HT Quiet to work even in the harshest conditions thanks to the redesigned base with a raised design, an antifreeze electrical support heater and an antifreeze on the internal exchanger, as well as the antifreeze logics (Antifreeze Protection Control).
Samsung EHS Mono HT Quiet heat pumps can be combined with fan coils, with floor or traditional systems, they can replace traditional boilers and can be integrated with solar thermal and boilers for the production of domestic hot water. Already equipped with a hydronic module for DHW production, integration with an accumulator is recommended for greater withdrawal availability.
The included MIM-E03EN control unit, mandatory for the use of the heat pump, is complete with terminal board for connecting sensors, valves and resistors and remote wired control for managing the hydronic part (MWR-WW10N).
