Samsung's WindFree range of air conditioners is the one that brought the revolutionary “still air” air conditioning and smart interaction with the user to the market thanks to units equipped with motion sensors and Artificial Intelligence that respond to voice commands to activate or deactivate their functions.
The WindFree system represents the revolution and the future of air conditioning. With WindFree, Samsung has created the system that air-conditions environments without the user perceiving direct air flow. In fact, the Windfree Elite S2 air conditioner diffuses air like no other because the internal unit has a micro-perforated front panel from which the air-conditioned air diffuses into the environment in a natural and absolutely imperceptible way through 21,000 micro-holes . WindFree internal units are particularly elegant, true design objects; the multiple additional functions allow you to radically transform the climate of the environments, offering a unique pleasure.
With its intelligent technology, the WindFree system also contributes to reducing consumption of external units. The operation of the internal unit takes place in two phases: when switched on, it allows you to quickly reach the temperature thanks to the Fast Cooling mode that uses the classic air diffusion fin; when the set temperature is reached, the fin closes automatically and the temperature is kept constant in the room through the diffusion of air conditioning through the micro-holes. Design
The Samsung WindFree Elite S2 wall-mounted air conditioner features soft, elegant shapes : the edges are rounded, the micro-perforated front panel envelops the unit with refinement and lightness, the large display stands out brightly on the right; its compact size gives it even greater lightness, making installation and maintenance operations easier . The outlet nozzle, more inclined than traditional models, and a larger fan ensure that the air is cooled and released into the room more quickly, more uniformly and more powerfully, to reach every corner of the room.

The Samsung WindFree ELITE air conditioner is equipped with the Easy Filter + air filter that retains all the dust present, returning clean air; the filter is very easy to remove for periodic cleaning that is carried out in a practical and fast way. The additional Tri-Care antibacterial filter, with triple action, which removes the most common harmful agents , allows to reduce the presence of viruses , bacteria, allergens and free radicals in the home environment. The latter does not need to be washed; Samsung recommends its replacement every three years. Thanks to the Auto Clean function, the internal unit cleans itself, eliminating mold, bacteria and bad odors with a simple touch on the remote control. THE OUTDOOR UNIT
In 2020 Samsung updated the range of FJM ( Free Joint Multi ) outdoor units with the T Series : these outdoor units for multi-split air conditioners use R32 gas with low environmental impact, a compressor with Digital Inverter technology and the heat pump , the real beating heart of the air conditioner.
Multisplit air conditioners offer the great advantage of air conditioning several rooms using a single outdoor unit and one indoor unit for each room ; they are particularly recommended where there is little space for the installation of several outdoor units or when you want to reduce the visual impact of this component of the air conditioner on the facade of the building unit to be air-conditioned. The 10 kW outdoor unit presented here allows you to connect and power up to five Samsung indoor units of any Series, even of different powers; the indoor units will always operate independently and each will have its own control.
