THE PRODUCT

NEOTECH , a company of the STEELPUMPS group, produces a series of mini-pumps for condensate draining of air conditioners including the NTH 10.1 model presented here.

It is a small and highly effective pump designed to dispose of the condensate produced by the internal units of air conditioners or air conditioners, fan coils, dehumidifiers and wherever it is necessary to dispose of non-acidic condensate.

It has extremely small dimensions, so much so that it is normally even hidden in ducts or other particularly confined spaces.

THE ENGINE

The NEOTECH STEELPUMPS NTH 10.1 mini pump is equipped with an internal motor capable of disposing of the condensate drain from air conditioners and air conditioners up to 50000 BTU (about 15 kW of power) or other devices. It is composed of two elements; the collection tank receives the condensate from the pipe connected to the internal unit of the air conditioner, fan coil or device that produces it and has a small electric float which, once it reaches a certain height, gives electrical consent to the pump; the electric pump which receives the electric consent and starts to turn to suck the condensate from the collection tank and push it forward to the discharge point.

The NEOTECH STEELPUMPS NTH 10.1 has a maximum flow rate of 11 liters per hour and is therefore very effective; normally, in fact, the volume of condensate to be discharged is 0.5 - 0.8 liters per hour for each kW of refrigerator.

The power consumption of the motor is only 30mA (about 0.03W).

The NEOTECH STEELPUMPS NTH 10.1 mini pump is capable of a maximum suction of 2 m. between the detection block and the pump block, its maximum recommended discharge height is 22 m. while the maximum horizontal discharge reaches up to 60 m.
The sound level is particularly low, only 21 db(A).

It is also characterized by easy wiring which allows for quick installation.

The power supply is 230V / 50Hz.
