THE BOILER
Beretta Ciao AT is the BERETTA Condensing Boiler ideal for heating systems with radiators or in any case at HIGH TEMPERATURE; It therefore allows you to take advantage of all the advantages of a modern condensing boiler, obtaining significant energy savings even with the heating system equipped with radiators that usually work at high temperatures (70°C).
Ciao AT is equipped with an additional exchanger which recovers the latent heat of the water in the primary circuit; the recovered heat, which would otherwise be wasted, significantly increases performance and allows the boiler to achieve real energy savings. The Condensing Exchanger recovers the heat from the fumes and transfers it to the system's return water which, thanks to this preheating, reaches the primary exchanger already warmer. The Condensing Exchanger has compact dimensions and is made of aluminium, it is assembled with a brazing production process in a controlled atmosphere. In addition to allowing for more uniform heat distribution, aluminum offers high resistance to corrosion for the benefit of greater durability over time. Aluminum is also chosen for its lightness, excellent conductivity, mechanical resistance, reliability and recyclability. This technology allows the boiler to reach a class B energy efficiency value in heating and class A in domestic hot water. The Sanitary Plate Exchanger is equipped with the possibility of pre-heating. The new self-cooled water burner drastically lowers to minimum levels the polluting values of nitrogen and carbon monoxide that are generated by combustion and offers always optimal combustion, therefore meeting the requirements of European Regulation 814/2013, placing itself in NOx Class 6.
Ciao AT is an ecological wall-mounted condensing boiler for universal installation (indoor and outdoor), a particularly versatile item; equipped with digital display. The condensation trap and the outlets for fume analysis are already present; the hydraulic wall fittings, the sanitary taps and the gas tap are optional.
It is designed to also be installed outdoors in partially protected places thanks to the dedicated accessories and the antifreeze protection of the board up to 0°C. In colder temperature conditions it is possible to extend the protection down to -10 °C using the specific antifreeze resistance kit together with the siphon antifreeze resistance kit (optional to be requested separately from the Beretta Technical Assistance Centre). If the boiler is installed outside, without a built-in installation, the lower cover is required for greater protection.
The electronic panel is the brain of boiler management. Simple and intuitive, it allows you to adjust the boiler parameters and activate the numerous functions. The new CIAO AT digital interface, designed with particular attention to ease of use, is equipped with a modern backlit display that allows immediate and complete reading of information on the operating status of the machine, both for the user and the installer or maintenance worker. Using six buttons with intuitive functionality, it is possible to easily adjust both the heating and domestic hot water temperatures and access the configuration of the machine parameters, rather than reseting the alarm states. Through the icon language, CIAO AT communicates with the user and the installer immediately, displaying all the information on the status of the boiler on the display. The panel integrates the Friendly Climate System function; the boiler has the Automatic Room Regulation System (SARA) and the FCR function (reduced condensation formation) which allows you to raise the operating temperature to the maximum and reduce the formation of condensation to a minimum. The low consumption circulator with anti-blocking cycles is in line with the new regulations and allows for particularly low electricity consumption. The electronic board integrates the self-diagnostic function and antifreeze protection. Particular care was also dedicated to the design for the construction of the smoke exhausts; Ciao AT also allows you to create particularly long flues as it is also approved for the 60 mm diameter.
