The CARRIER TYPE Control is suitable for controlling IDROFAN convectors in both heating and cooling mode.
With:
- Power button for switching the fan coil on / off;
- Mode button for manual adjustment of the heating / cooling functions indicated by special red / blue LEDs;
- Ventilation Adjustment Button with 3 Speeds (I-II-III) that can be set manually, the Economy mode for energy saving and the Auto mode, all signaled from time to time by specific LEDs;
- Temperature Selector Knob with a range from + 10 ° C. at + 30 ° C.
It is also equipped with an Antifreeze function which is activated at temperatures below 7 ° C., Night and Darkening mode which acts on the lights of the operating LEDs, AutoTest , possibility to configure the adjustments during installation using special microswitches, possibility to use the sensor internal temperature in case of wall installation or a remote sensor - Minimum Temperature Probe in case of installation on the machine (to be purchased separately).
The CARRIER Type Control of this Kit can be installed on board the fan-coil using the appropriate “A” Control Kit on the 42NM / Z unit (bracket + cables + air probe) with the Code 42N9100 ( supplied in this Kit). It perfectly replaces the old version of Command A with which it is compatible and can be used on all 2-pipe fan coils produced from JULY 2013 onwards. It controls the fan coil both in the heating and in the cooling function where the system is set up for this type of function.
The installation kit is used for the installation of the CARRIER TYPE “A” control on board the 42N series fan coils with cabinet. Allows connection of the Control to the electrical components of the fan coil and is made up of: cable kit, air probe, bracket, adhesive strips, screws. Instructions supplied.
For the automatic on / off function of the fan coil unit it is necessary to combine the Minimum Temperature Probe cod. 42N9004 (supplied in this kit).
It is used for appliances operating in heating and cooling.
It is a real electronic thermometer, the electrical wiring is connected to the command while the temperature detection sensor is positioned in contact with the supply pipe of the fan coil and reads the temperature of the water circulating in it; in heating mode it stops the electric fan when the water temperature is below 35 ° C and starts it when it is higher while in cooling mode it stops the electric fan when the water temperature is above 18 ° C and starts it up when it is lower.

The warranty is the Official Carrier Italia one and has a duration of 24 months.
