JETs are DAB 's surface centrifugal pumps ideal for residential use when there is a need for the self- priming function. They have a high suction power even in the presence of air in the suction duct.
In the construction of JET pumps, DAB uses the best materials to ensure resistance and long life: the pump body is in cast iron, the impeller, the diffuser, the Venturi tube and the sand guard are in technopolymer for high abrasion resistance; the motor support is in die-cast aluminum, the shim rings are in stainless steel, the mechanical seal is in carbon and ceramic.
The asynchronous motor is closed and cooled by ventilation from the outside. Electrical overheating protection and condenser are standard equipment. The rotor is very silent because it is mounted on oversized ball bearings and greased for life for a longer life.
