Toshiba 's Natur32 family also includes the U2 Multi series of ducted air conditioners: available in six sizes and with four different head levels that can be set, rich in functionality and above all easy and versatile to install (with a height of only 210 mm!), combined with the U2 series multisplit inverter outdoor units, guarantee excellent performance and high energy savings .
With the recessed Toshiba U2 Multi ductable air conditioner, the indoor unit is mounted in a hidden position, generally in a false ceiling and the air is diffused into the room through a special ventilation opening. The advantages of ductable air conditioners are constituted in particular by the possibility of air conditioning the rooms without the internal unit being visible, to the advantage of aesthetics and the possibility of using the walls for our furnishings. It follows that, with the installation of a built-in air conditioner, there is well-being but it is not there. . . the air conditioner!

The indoor unit of the Toshiba Ductable U2 Multi air conditioner is presented here in the 7000 BTU power: it offers great comfort and excellent performance in both cooling and heating and satisfies many air conditioning needs thanks to its four different settable head levels (from 10 to 45 Pa ) which allow to optimize the air flow according to the length of the ducts and the desired comfort. By taking advantage of Toshiba's inverter system, it achieves the best energy efficiency classes . It has very low consumption, which is further reduced thanks to the additional functions for energy saving; manages to create superior comfort since the temperature is always kept constant.
DESIGN
The Toshiba Ducted U2 Multi air conditioner allows you to use the utmost imagination in the architecture of the environments where it is installed. Its “invisible” presence makes it possible to air-condition rooms easily thanks to the small size of the indoor units ( only 210 mm thick ) which allows them to integrate into the most unexpected places in the environment. Suitable for installation anywhere, in homes, businesses, offices and hotels. The indoor unit is already equipped with the condensate drain pump; the air intake can be carried out both from the rear and from the bottom, which makes installation operations even easier. The air conditioner is supplied already complete with remote control and infrared receiver .
BREATHE CLEAN AIR
Toshiba's U2 Multi Ductable indoor units do not have a standard air filter but the same can be purchased as an optional kit (code RNBCRKM13GDVE for this size). The filter removes the most common harmful agents allowing the air conditioner to always return clean air; it is easily removable for cleaning.
The indoor unit is also self-cleaning : after switching off, the fan continues to operate for up to thirty minutes to dry the heat exchange coil and eliminate any residual humidity still present.
PERFECT CLIMATE AND RELAX
The Toshiba Ducted U2 Multi air conditioner reaches quickly and always maintains the set temperature constant, without jolts; it offers optimal comfort as it distributes the air with extreme silence and in a truly imperceptible way thanks also to the hidden position of the built-in split.
Thanks to the practical remote control supplied, it is possible to manage, in addition to the classic hot, cold and dehumidification settings, multiple functions: the QUIET mode, to minimize the speed of the already very quiet fan (reaching 27 dB (A) for this size !); the COMFORT SLEEP function to ensure peaceful sleep at the ideal temperature; ECO mode to automatically manage the temperature based on that of the external environment; the convenient PRESET function that allows you to memorize the user's favorite settings and recall them automatically; the HI POWER function that allows you to quickly cool or heat at maximum power. In addition, a convenient TIMER will allow you to set up to eight daily operating intervals for each day of the week.
Toshiba's U2 Multi ductable indoor units can be managed via a wired wall control (code RB-RWS21-E sold separately); they also offer the possibility of being remotely controlled via smartphone or tablet by purchasing separately a WiFi control with infrared receiver (code INWFIUNI001I000) which will make them manageable through the Toshiba & WI-FI App.
