IVAR DirtSTOP MINI ultra-compact under-boiler magnetic dirt remover with filter
The DIRTSTOP MINI IVAR is an ultra-compact under-boiler magnetic dirt separator designed to protect heating systems from sludge, magnetite, and impurities that naturally form within the circuit. Installed on the return pipe, it intercepts solid particles using a stainless steel filter and captures ferrous residues using a powerful neodymium magnet, protecting the heat exchanger, circulation pump, and other system components.
The unique inclined filter chamber promotes sediment decantation, while the transparent Grilamid glass allows you to easily monitor dirt levels and determine when maintenance is needed. Thanks to the integrated ball valve and the included check valve , the dirt separator can be quickly cleaned without draining the entire system, reducing intervention times and maintenance costs.
Measuring just 11 x 10.5 cm , DIRTSTOP MINI is the ideal solution even for installations in limited spaces under the boiler. The 800 μm AISI 304 stainless steel filter and 12,000 Gauss magnet ensure high impurity separation capacity, helping to maintain system efficiency, reduce the risk of blockages and extend the useful life of the heat generator. It is compatible with water and water-glycol mixtures up to 50% and can operate at temperatures up to 90 °C and pressures up to 6 bar .
