Below we indicate how to act in each case:
Reception of Goods
The steps to follow at the reception of the merchandise are the following:
- Verify that all the packages corresponding to your order have been delivered.
- Verify that the packaging is in good condition.
IMPORTANT: If any boxes present damage, you must indicate it on the carrier's delivery note. In this way we ensure that the condition of the goods is recorded and we will be able to make a claim under transport insurance.
In the case of hidden transportation damage, you can report it to us within five natural days after the delivery has taken place.
Incident during transport
Your shipment includes a comprehensive insurance contracted with the forwarder. However, in order to enforce the transport warranty, it is necessary that the incident is reported to the carrier and recorded in the delivery note at the time of delivery. This point is really important, since the omission of this report means compliance with the delivery, so it will not be possible to open a claim with the transport company.
Once the incident is detected and the carrier is duly informed, please fill our after sales form so we can manage and solve your incident.

Product warranty conditions
At ClimaMarket, we aim to make air conditioning as accessible and comprehensive as possible across Europe. However, there are certain restrictions that must be considered when commissioning the installation of any air conditioning system:
- In every case, the installation must follow the manufacturer’s guidelines found on the installation manual.
- Moreover, in the case of systems that work via refrigerant exchange between the indoor and outdoor units, the units must be installed by a qualified professional who is either a freelance or currently employed by a certified business.
Failure to comply with either or both of these conditions, or any local restrictions where applicable, will mean that the warranty is void.
In the case of units without refrigerant exchange between indoor and outdoor units, we still recommend that a professional carry out the installation to ensure that the unit is properly set up.
Technical incident of the equipment
Any units purchased through ClimaMarket from 1/1/2022 onwards are covered by a 3-year warranty starting from the date of delivery as per Spanish law (for earlier purchases, warranty is valid for two years). Meanwhile, your certified installer will provide you with your installation warranty.
Technical incidents may be due to a manufacturing fault or, most commonly, to an installation error. Because of this, if the unit is not showing an error code on the LED display or remote, your installer must check the unit and provide you a report of the issue before contacting the manufacturer's official technical service or requesting technical assistance from ClimaMarket.
If the installer has found a leak, they must determine its cause as accurately as possible. Most leaks are caused by a failure of the installer to work with the valves of the external machine and not by a manufacturing error.
Once the installation is verified to be correct, or if the indoor unit or the remote displays an error code, you can report your incident and attach any relevant files through the following form.
