Conditions of sale

Article 1 - Object

The object of these Conditions of Sale is the purchase of products and/or services carried out remotely via telematic network on the Climamarket.it website belonging to e-globe s.r.l.. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22 May 1999 and Legislative Decree no. 196/03 "Personal Data Protection Code", which governs the processing of personal data, including data held abroad, carried out by anyone who is resident or based in Italy.

Article 2 - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The Customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, declares that he has read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment methods and the entire purchase procedure. 

Article 3 - Purchasing methods and prices

Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of the order will be summarised to the Customer, and he will have the possibility of modifying all or part of the order, or cancelling it completely. The prices of the products are clearly indicated on the site and include VAT. At the price of the product must be added the shipping cost, the amount of which may vary depending on the delivery method requested and/or the total amount of the order. In the event that the product is not available, you will be informed by e-mail. E-globe s.r.l. reserves the right to change the prices shown on the site www.climamarket.it without notice. 

Article 4 - Shipping and payments

Shipping methods can be seen on the "Shipping" page in the Customer Service section. The times indicated for delivery times are purely indicative and are in no way binding for e-globe s.r.l.. Payment methods are listed on the page "Payment methods" in the Customer Service section. 

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, our Customers defined by the same decree as "consumers" have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of goods. Withdrawal must be communicated by registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The communication can be sent in advance by email to info@climamarket.it. The customer must return the goods intact and in their original packaging within 10 days. The shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

The time limit for the refund is 30 days.

Article 6 - Protection of Privacy

The conditions for the processing of data can be seen on the page "processing of personal data" in the Customer Service section.

Article 7 - Legislation in force and place of jurisdiction

These Conditions of Sale may be modified by e-globe s.r.l. without notice and shall be valid from the date of publication on the Climamarket.it website. It is understood that these Terms and Conditions of Sale are in any case subject to Italian law and all disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Crotone.
