Shipping
To ensure the delivery of our products, we have decided to use the leading express courier companies in Italy and around the world, such as Fercam and BRT, as only shipment methods.
Items with immediate availability are shipped within 24/48 hours from the date of receipt of payment; some items, however, require longer delivery times. For all items we indicate an approximate date directly on the item page; the dates indicated must however be understood as indicative because, after entrusting the material to the courier, the latter becomes solely responsible for managing deliveries, any delays will therefore not be attributable to our Company. Please note that couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. There is no way of speeding up the delivery times indicated, not even by paying a supplement.
IF YOU LEAVE YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER WHEN YOU REGISTER IN THE RESERVED AREA OF THE WEBSITE, YOU WILL BE UPDATED BY TEXT MESSAGE DIRECTLY FROM THE COURIER ON THE STATUS OF YOUR SHIPMENT.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, the courier will deliver in approximately 4-9 working days from the date of shipment. Deliveries to the floor are not foreseen even with the payment of an extra charge, THE COURIER WILL MAKE THE DELIVERY EXCLUSIVELY AT THE STREET LEVEL.
Items are carefully checked by our staff before being packed and handed over to the courier, so we are always certain of their integrity until they leave our warehouse.
At the time of delivery we recommend that you ALWAYS FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE.
- If the package is intact in its outer packaging, ask the courier to tick the check box on the electronic terminal, then, if possible, write the note "Hidden damage reserve" in the box provided for signing and then sign.
- If the package has anomalies already visible in the outer packaging, you must refuse the delivery and justify the refusal by writing on the slip the words "visibly damaged package" or "open package" or "damaged package ... wet ... washed ... etc."
The particular health situation caused by the COVID19 often prevents contact with couriers and their electronic terminals, so if it is not possible to write the wording in your own handwriting before signing, it is in any case important to REQUEST that at least the tick be placed on the "generic reserve" on the PDA and check that this has been done; do not accept only verbal reserves promised by the courier.
Failure to comply with any of the above procedures will automatically result in the rejection of the return or replacement of material damaged during transport.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs aren't included, they depend on the weight of the product and the country of destination. Shipping costs will be calculated in the sheet of the product.
