The Calpeda MGPM 205 pump is a monobloc horizontal multistage pump ideal for domestic water supply and irrigation of allotments and gardens.
From the point of view of components and construction characteristics, the MGPM 205 pump is really very interesting and designed to optimize its performance; It also appears visually robust and compact by virtue, on the one hand, of the single pump body and open from a single side, and on the other side, of the motor-pump and base connection in a single piece. In fact, the body of the pump is made of cast iron , open on one side only (so-called barrel casing), with a suction mouth in a frontal position above the axis of the pump, which also provides a high degree of safety against operation. dry; the radial delivery port is positioned at the top. The pump stages are made of Noryl , a material which, by virtue of its hydrolytic stability , is ideal for systems in contact with water, especially drinking water, and which presents extraordinary mechanical, thermal and electrical properties; furthermore it is extremely silent as the water blanket envelops the stages, lowering the noise level.
The Calpeda MGPM 205 multi-impeller pump has a series of noteworthy technical features: two-pole induction motor ; single-phase power supply 230 V ± 10%, with thermoprotector and capacitor inserted in the terminal box; the motor is designed for operation with a 1.1 kW inverter with IE2 efficiency class , therefore we are talking about very high quality and performance standards. Some measures are then fundamental for correct use, for example the temperature of the liquid from 0 °C up to + 50 °C, the ambient temperature up to 40 °C and a pressure allowed in the pump body of a maximum of 8 bar.
