The Calpeda MPSM 305 submersible pump with float is a multi-impeller electric pump that is used for the supply of water from wells, tanks or tanks, for domestic uses and civil and industrial applications, and also for gardening, irrigation and use of rainwater .
The MPS series is truly incredible in terms of components, performance and dimensions. In particular, this line with single-phase power supply includes float and condenser , the latter accessible via the delivery body without the need to disassemble the pump. This pump is able to work with excellent performance both in total and partial immersion by virtue of the clear separation between the hydraulic part positioned at the bottom and the high motor which is cooled by the pumped water, ensuring its efficiency in both circumstances.
SUBMERSIBLE PUMP WITH BUILT-IN FLOAT, PRACTICAL AND EFFICIENT
The Calpeda MPSM 305-CG pump has a series of peculiar technical specifications, studied in detail to elevate its performance so that each component is suitable for the other, creating a perfect and functional synergy for the result. This technicality entails a series of advantages worthy of note: aesthetically robust , external jacket in AISI 304 stainless steel which allows the pump to be supported on the delivery pipe and stages in Noryl , a material which by virtue of its hydrolytic stability is ideal for contact systems with water, especially drinkable, and which has extraordinary mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. Not only robustness but also innovation , in fact its aesthetics have also been designed to resist water hammer and a possible shut-off valve placed on the delivery with ON OFF operation; this happens because the condenser cover placed under the delivery body discharges the stresses onto a support obtained on the steel jacket, protecting the hydraulics .
The perfect harmony of the individual elements ensures optimal and extremely silent operation; in fact, the water blanket around the engine, the execution of the hydraulics and the immersion of the pump significantly reduce noise levels. The shaft has a double seal with an interposed oil chamber and its dimensions combined with those of the bearings ensure perfect solidity and resistance against stresses of various kinds, guaranteeing the robustness and efficiency of a product which also prevents accidental dry running due to separation of the motor from the water.
The Calpeda MPSM 305-CG submersible pump has neither pipe nor suction valves, but it is much more suction than other pumps on the market because it is equipped with a cylindrical suction filter at the base which, in addition to preventing the entry of solid bodies with a diameter greater than 2 mm, allows the pump to operate even with a minimum water level of 100 mm, ensuring its support when it is placed on the flat bottom of a tank.
As regards the general technical characteristics: 2-pole induction motor, 50 Hz; single-phase power supply 230 V ± 10%, with built-in thermoprotector and capacitor; 15 m long connection cable with plug ; class F insulation and dry winding with triple moisture-resistant impregnation; execution according to EN 60335-2-41 (CEI 61-69), product designed for continuous operation in the name of diligence and profitability. Some precautions are then fundamental for correct use: water temperature up to 35 °C, minimum internal diameter of the well of 140 mm and minimum immersion depth of 100 mm and max 20 m (with suitable cable).
