DAB 's EVOSTA 3 electronic circulators are high-efficiency, low-energy electric pumps for circulating water in all types of domestic heating and air conditioning systems . Thanks to DAB's expertise, they offer the best in terms of robustness and technology. Ideal for replacing older circulators due to their compactness and performance, they are also very easy to set thanks to a single sequential button that accesses the various operating modes. The front vent cap also allows direct access to the motor shaft in the event of a blockage.
The 80/130 1 model is proposed here with a 130 mm centre distance and 1 1/2 threaded connections.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
The EVOSTA 3 80/130 1” wet rotor electronic circulator is characterised by its great robustness : it is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, has a cast iron pump body, motor casing, rotor jacket, stator jacket and closing flange in steel; technopolymer impeller, ceramic thrust ring and motor shaft, EPDM gaskets and brass breather cap.
It has IPX5 protection rating against any water infiltration which guarantees great durability over time.
The pumped liquid must have chemical-physical characteristics close to those of clean water.

The EVOSTA 3 are equipped as standard with insulation shells to minimize heat loss into the environment, resulting in further energy savings.
GREAT MODULARITY OF INSTALLATION AND USE
The EVOSTA 3 80/130 1 circulator is ideal for replacing older three-speed circulators, both because of its size and its ability to cover pumps with heads up to 8 meters with a single model. Its standard interchangeable connector allows it to be easily adapted to any existing system without having to modify the electrical connections.
Its use is easy and intuitive thanks to the single sequential setting button that allows access to the nine different operating modes. Furthermore, this version of the circulator is equipped with a display that allows you to check the flow rate, head, and instantaneous power consumption.
Thanks to the front vent cap for venting the system and for releasing the drive shaft, these operations are quick and easy to perform. The circulator also features an automatic venting function.
Installation must be carried out with the motor axis horizontal.
