The radiator can work up to a nominal pressure of 16 bar and is tested up to 24 bar (the burst pressure is 60 bar). The thermo-electric fusion of the cap is carried out at controlled temperatures, the process is very effective and avoids the formation of porosity and welding residues to the advantage of durability over time so much so that the product appears as a 100% single body in aluminum , particularly resistant and reliable. The treatments with chemical anti-corrosion protection, the anaphoresis painting and the final double powder coating also make it unalterable to the eye.
