FAR dirt separator for heating systems complete with 1”1/4 magnets
The FAR dirt separator has the function of trapping and eliminating the impurities present in the circuits of heating and cooling systems in order to optimize their operation. The dirt separator plays a key role within a system as it improves the heat exchange allowing excellent circulation of the heat transfer fluid; this takes place through a special chamber duly designed to trap the impurities present in the pipes, such as ferrous residues or impurities of various kinds, which once deposited can no longer re-enter the circulation because they are retained and gradually eliminated thanks to a specially designed cartridge inserted at that purpose.
This FAR dirt separator certainly has an extra gear thanks to the insertion of magnets which hold the impurities with greater strength and precision; above all it turns out to be the ideal solution for dated systems in which there is a greater concentration of ferrous particles, incrustations and debris of various types.
To ensure correct operation, it is preferable that the FAR dirt separator is always positioned in a vertical position and on the return circuit before entering the boiler. To facilitate the expulsion of the gases it is also possible to install an automatic air vent valve (code 2042 38), which is easy to assemble because it will be sufficient to simply remove the cap on the upper part of the dirt separator and replace it with the vent valve of the air. The upper threaded connection is 1/2" for all FAR dirt separator models.
It is also recommended to install special shut-off valves to carry out maintenance.
Stability, robustness and efficiency in support of a product that has multiple technical characteristics such as to make it one of the best dirt separators on the market, the installation of which requires qualified personnel.
