Grundfos ALPHA1 L circulators are high efficiency pumps with permanent magnet motor. Suitable as a universal upgrade and replacement pump , designed for the circulation of liquids in heating systems. Equipped with integrated differential pressure control.
GREAT INSTALLATION AND USE MODULARITY
The Grundfos ALPHA1 L circulator is designed to be quickly and easily integrated into any heating application with either variable or constant flow rates. Grundfos ALPHA1 L with high energy efficiency ( EEI ≥ 0.20 ) is the only replacement circulator suitable for most heating systems equipped with Grundfos circulators. Ease of installation and setting: single button to adjust the pump, simplifies selection and setting when changing inside boilers.

The Grundfos ALPHA1 L pump also has the following control modes: operation for heating with radiators; operation for underfloor heating; constant curve or fixed speed mode. The speed can be controlled, inside the boilers, via a low voltage PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) input signal. Specifically, the ALPHA1 L circulator can be installed in existing systems, where the differential pressure of a traditional pump is too high during periods of low flow; in new systems it guarantees fully automatic adjustment of performance, based on the flow rate, without the use of bypass valves or other components.

Thanks to its high efficiency index, the Grundfos ALPHA1 L circulator makes it possible to reduce electricity consumption; by having a motor that draws less energy than previous models, operating costs will be significantly reduced. The ceramic shaft and bearings provide resistance to magnetite and particle and fiber wear. Thanks to the "connection plug" it is possible to carry out the electrical wiring in several positions in a simple and fast way .
