The MX115/1 HBL Mini cod. 115015 by Maxiflame is an interface module designed to automatically and safely manage hybrid heating systems , integrating a gas boiler and a biomass thermoproduct (thermo-fireplace or thermo-stove).
Thanks to the stainless steel plate exchanger and the integrated HBL 03 electronic control unit , it allows the two circuits to be separated and the operation of the system to be optimised, guaranteeing safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
MX115/1 HBL Mini (115015)
More powerful version: same automation but with larger exchanger (34 plates) and higher thermal output (30–35 kW) compared to the basic models.
Ideal for larger systems or those with greater heat demands.

How it works (automatic and intelligent)
Operation is managed by the HBL 03 control unit , which controls temperatures and priorities:
The system is powered by the traditional boiler
When the thermoproduct reaches the set temperature:

the control unit automatically activates the circulator

the heat is transferred to the exchanger

the module powers the system

the boiler turns off automatically
Everything happens without manual intervention, with intelligent source management.
