MUT TMO 3-way motorized ball valve Ø3/4 M/M/M 230V with relay
The MUT TMO 3-way motorized ball valve is designed to control and divert the flow of hot and cold water in heating, cooling and domestic water distribution systems.
The 3-way configuration allows the valve to be used both as a diverter , with inlet from port AB and outlet from port A or B, and as a mixing valve , with inlet from ports A and B and outlet from port AB. The flow is managed via a ball valve electrically controlled by the servomotor.
When the servomotor is powered, the movement is transmitted to the shaft integral with the ball which, through the holes inside it, allows the fluid to be diverted from one path to another according to the system's needs.
The MUT TMO 3 series valves are equipped with an anti-lock ball system and special anti-seize seals, designed to ensure reliable operation even after periods of inactivity.
The motorized head can be removed without affecting the hydraulic system , thanks to the quick release system and the electrical connection via Molex connector, facilitating installation and maintenance operations.
The MUT TMO 7.030.01866 , model TMO 20-MMM SPST M1S , has 3 G 3/4 male threaded connections , 230V power supply and SPST control with built-in relay . The device is complete with 6-pin Molex cable .
The valve body is made of brass , as are the stem and the ball, the latter of which is chrome-plated. The sealing rings are made of PTFE , while the sealing O-rings are made of EPDM .
The valve can be used with water and glycol solutions , with a maximum glycol percentage of 50% . It has a nominal pressure of PN10 , a flow coefficient Kvs equal to 5 m³/h and a fluid temperature range between 5 and 90°C .
The actuator has a power consumption of 7 W , protection class IP40 and insulation class II . For 3-way TMO valves, the standard switching time is 6 seconds for a 180° rotation .
Installation and electrical connection must be carried out by expert and qualified technical personnel , following the instructions given in the MUT technical documentation.
