Pleion FREE D 200/1 200 liter natural circulation solar panel for flat and sloped roofs
The Pleion FREE D circulating solar system is one of the best performing natural circulation systems on the market; It is composed of 1 Pleion KSF-N25 flat-plate solar collector (2.52 m²) and a 200 liter solar boiler.
The KSF-N25 solar panel is among the most advanced and capable of maximizing the amount of solar radiation absorbed. The structure is stable, very solid and resistant to deterioration thanks to the frame made with welded aluminum profiles of increased thickness. Aluminum absorber welded with laser technology to the internal copper circuit, the latter equipped with horizontal delivery and return distributors, with harp equipped with 11 vertical channels. Highly resistant class U1 tempered glass cover with EN 12975-2 certification. The efficiency reaches very high levels with an absorption coefficient of 91%, furthermore the collector can be installed horizontally or vertically. Internal insulation in rock wool which guarantees high insulation over time and longevity of the system. The collector is Solar Keymark certified.
The Pleion Free D solar system combines a 200 liter solar boiler with the solar panel. Cavity boiler for DHW, designed to absorb the pressure generated by antifreeze liquids, with a high degree of thermal insulation in high-density expanded polyurethane capable of minimizing heat dispersion and external cladding in galvanized pre-painted steel, highly resistant and durable.
The Pleion Free D solar system is composed of:
- 1 Pleion KSF-N25 solar collector (2.52 m²)
- hydraulic sets for manifold connection
- 200 liter jacket for DHW
- safety valve
- 1kW electrical resistance
- solar antifreeze liquid
- fixing systems (flat/sloped/18° flat roof).
The installation must be carried out by expert and qualified technical personnel. It can be installed on a flat or sloped roof with fixing systems included: the Pleion Free D solar system is ready to use!

It is reiterated that the FREE D 200/1 solar system presented here includes the KSF-N25 solar panel (not the KSF-D25 panel as indicated on the first page of the technical annex) of which the specifications are attached on the second page of the annex technical, awaiting definitive documentation from Pleion which is currently being updated.
