The Galletti ART-U fan coil imposes itself on the market as a new product in the fan coil family, guaranteeing comfort and stability guided above all by a strong innovative current in terms of design. The ART-U 10 fan coils are available in a wide variety of configurations and colors: Natural Gray, White RAL9010, Red RAL3020 and Black RAL9005.

The ART-U fan coil is a product of impeccable construction quality and technical performance and of great appeal to the world of interior architecture, meeting for the first time the most current trends in furniture and interior design. The goal achieved is absolutely ambitious: the ART-U fan coil is a new concept of fan coil with very small dimensions that is configured as a platform with which it is possible to interact through customizations of the interior architect. The fan coil unit stands out with its modern line and very small dimensions (its depth in some points reaches only 10 cm) and thanks to its unique lines, it was designed to be the absolutely transversal fan coil, which adapts perfectly to both environments rigorous and essential both to warmer and more sophisticated spaces., proving to be an evolved, simple but at the same time elegant product. The evolution of the Galletti fan coil has collected important international design awards such as; the archiprodutcs design awards and the reddot winner.
The design has a whole new air, the Galletti Art-U fan coils show their potential through a harmony in the composition of the various elements that make up the fan coil.
-The elegant front panel of the fan coil consists of two aluminum sheets with a polyethylene core and, if necessary, a polyester-based surface paint. It is a light but very resistant material, created for facade cladding in the building sector. The side panels are in UV stabilized ABS to keep the color unchanged over time. The polyethylene core acts as a flexible filling and thermal insulator while the aluminum confers structurality and aesthetics;
-The BLDC electric motor of the inverter permanent magnet fan coil integrated in the ventilation unit. The degree of protection IP44 is guaranteed, therefore the access of dust inside it is avoided and the resistance to water splashes is guaranteed. The manufacturer's certification makes it suitable for use also in outdoor environments;
-The heat exchange coils of the high efficiency turbulent fan coil in copper pipe and aluminum fins, and equipped with brass manifolds and vent valve. The hydrophilic treatment is applied to the fins as standard, to increase their effectiveness in cooling and at the same time greater resistance to aggressive atmospheres;
-The regenerable air filter of the fan coil is made of honeycomb polypropylene, easily removable for maintenance operations;
-The upper grille of the fan coil consists of adjustable fins in anodized aluminum, available in the version for on-board or wall-mounted control. The combs in ABS, to support the grids, prevent them from bending, always guaranteeing the safety of the user;
-The front grill of the fan coil is designed to stabilize the operation of the tangential fan. It is equipped with a metal filter in stainless steel;
-The tangential fan of the fan coil unit is statically and dynamically balanced to reduce operating noise. Compared to metal fans, the plastic material used for the blades guarantees a reduction in vibrations and no bending along the rotation axis. The blades are interspersed with intermediate reinforcement discs in order to increase their strength.
-The ABS high density polystyrene conveyors are designed to optimize the aeraulic flow inside the hydronic terminal allowing an optimal distribution of the air flow in the coil and silence at every operating regime.
High performance and comfort
During the design phase of the fan coil units, everything was focused on improving performance, above all improving the efficiency of the fan coil with a consequent reduction in absorbed energy and noise emissions. The sound power of the ART-U fan coil at the minimum operating voltage of its inverter never exceeds 32 dB (A), allowing the use of the fan coil even in residential environments or accommodation facilities. In fact, one of the pluses of the ART-U fan coil is its silence, an indispensable requirement for installation in bedrooms where it is advisable not to exceed the sound power of 40 dB (A) in order not to disturb sleep.
The study of the air flow field has allowed the reduction of fluid recirculation downstream of the fan, avoiding unwanted pressure drops inside the fan coil. Research has also focused on improving air distribution along the longitudinal axis of the fan.
Ambient comfort is guaranteed in an effective and intuitive way by the regulation software developed by Galletti. The temperature and humidity control of the air is fast and precise through the use of advanced microprocessor controls that allow immediate interaction with the ART-U fan coil.
