Right to Withdraw
Online sales come with a right of withdrawal of fourteen calendar days from delivery. This means that, without any justification, you can have your order picked up. Please note that, although you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the equipment and shipping costs, the costs of collection will be deducted from the refund in accordance with directive 2011/83/EU, Article 6(1).
In order for us to accept and handle a return, the following conditions must be met:
- No more than fourteen calendar days shall have elapsed since the date of delivery of the order. If this period ends on a non-business day (e.g. Sundays and public holidays), it will end on the next business day instead.
- The boxes must remain in their original, unopened condition.
- Any damage to the boxes must have been communicated to the carrier during delivery.
- We will need clear photos of the material in order to insure the goods.
Please note that the return will be more economical if the order is palletized and strapped in the same way it was delivered, than if the carrier has to pick up loose boxes.
The material will be checked upon receipt. If the information provided on the form is not accurate, the delivery will be refused and the associated costs will be invoiced.
After having checked that the equipment is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method.
Finally, it is important to emphasize that only end users can take advantage of the right of withdrawal. Companies and freelancers cannot use this right. To know the amount of the collection of your order and make use of your right of withdrawal, please fill in this form.
