THE OUTDOOR UNIT

The Carrier 38QUS outdoor units are the machines of the brand's R32 multi-split series and are equipped with Inverter and Heat Pump technology. They can be connected to most of Carrier's Residential and Light Commercial indoor units.

Multisplit outdoor units offer the great advantage of air conditioning several rooms using a single outdoor unit and one indoor unit for each room ; they are particularly recommended where there is little space for installing several outdoor units or when you want to reduce the visual impact of this component of the air conditioner on the facade of the building.

The 6.1 kW Carrier 38QUS outdoor unit presented here allows you to connect and power up to three indoor units , even of different models and powers; the indoor units will always operate independently and each will have its own control.

Carrier multi split outdoor units offer high performance and great comfort in every season. Thanks to the heat pump it is possible to use the air conditioner both in summer to cool and in winter to heat. Furthermore, the 3D Inverter technology, which modulates the compressor speed according to the real needs moment by moment, allows to keep the set temperature constant over time without sudden changes and, at the same time, to obtain great energy savings . The result is high energy efficiency, with classes up to A++ , and a reduction of consumption to a minimum.

These machines guarantee comfortable and uninterrupted operation even in extreme temperatures; up to -15 and +50°C.

The DC Twin Rotary compressors with which they are equipped are particularly silent in all conditions of use, in order to respect one's sleep and that of others; they offer great efficiency even at partial loads. The outdoor units of the Carrier 38QUS multi split air conditioners use R32 gas , particularly efficient and with low environmental impact which helps to respect nature as it has a global warming potential (GWP) equal to one third of the R410 gas used previously.

Compact dimensions and low weight allow easy installation of these outdoor units; moreover, the length allowed for the pipes allows the machines to be positioned in the easiest and most effective way, optimizing installation and maintenance times. Finally, thanks to the Check Switch, connection errors between units are automatically detected and corrected.
