With the Carrier 42QSS ductable air conditioner, the internal unit is mounted in a hidden position, generally in a false ceiling, and the air spreads into the room through a special ventilation opening. Air conditioners with ducted internal units offer the great advantage of air conditioning rooms without the internal unit being visible, to the benefit of aesthetics and the possibility of using the walls for our furnishings. By installing a built-in air conditioner, there is well-being but it is not there. . . the air conditioner! The Carrier Ductable 42QSS indoor units are used together with the Inverter outdoor units to create different mono and multi-split combinations.

DESIGN

The Carrier 42QSS ductable air conditioner allows you to use maximum imagination in the architecture of the environments where it is installed. Its "invisible" presence leaves all the walls of the rooms available for furnishings, architectural games and other types of installations. The reduced height of the 42QSS ducted internal units ( only 200 mm ) allows them to be integrated even into shallower false ceilings; the low weight facilitates installation. The Carrier 42QSS ductable air conditioner is suitable for installation anywhere, from homes to commercial activities, from offices to hotel environments, leaving only the comfort of a Carrier air-conditioned environment to be felt!

BREATHE CLEAN AIR

The internal unit of the Carrier 42QSS ductable air conditioner is equipped with an air purifying filter that can be installed both on the rear and lower part; the filter is easily removable for cleaning. In addition to always clean air , flexibility of installation and ease of maintenance of the air conditioner are thus guaranteed.

PERFECT CLIMATE AND RELAXATION

The Carrier 42QSS ductable air conditioner quickly reaches and maintains the set temperature constant , without fluctuations ; it offers optimal comfort as it distributes the air extremely silently and imperceptibly thanks to the hidden position of the built-in split and the aerodynamic profile fan which allows for more uniform air flow management. The air intake can take place both from below and from the rear; thanks to the pre-blanking it is possible to provide for the introduction of clean air from the outside; the standard condensate drain pump has a prevalence of up to 750 mm and is easy to access.

The air conditioner offers some particularly technical functions such as Self-diagnosis and Refrigerant Leak Detection . Among the functions accessible from the infrared remote control supplied, the Follow Me function sets the temperature based on that detected in the sensor located in the remote control; Sleep mode gradually lowers the set temperature before sleeping for maximum comfort. It is also possible to set the air conditioner to Ventilation Only or Dehumidification ; the 24 hour timer , the weekly programming , the automatic restart in the event of a power failure are further advantages.
