Daikin Multi+ is the system designed by Daikin to cool, heat and produce domestic hot water in a single solution. As simple as it is revolutionary, Daikin Multi Plus is an efficient multi-split air conditioning system to which a domestic hot water tank has been combined which can thus be produced, for most of the time, by the system's heat pump to the full advantage efficiency and energy and economic savings .
Ideal for replacing old inefficient heating systems and expensive electric water heaters , Daikin Multi+ adapts perfectly to the needs of small to medium families, allowing you to cool and heat up to three rooms and produce domestic hot water in a heat pump, saving on the bill and improving the comfort of the whole family.
The Daikin Multi+ system consists of an external unit with inverter and heat pump technology, to which a 90 or 120 liter tank can be connected to produce domestic hot water and up to three Daikin splits, even of different series (wall, floor, console , ceiling, etc.). Multi+ therefore also satisfies all style and furnishing needs as it can be combined with the most popular Daikin series in terms of design such as Stylish and Emura, in all their color variations.

90 L TANK
The domestic hot water tank, together with the outdoor unit, is the main component of Daikin Multi+ . They allow you to produce domestic hot water with Class A energy efficiency.
Steel structure and hot-dip galvanized sheet metal cladding with anti-corrosion treatment guarantee maximum durability of this boiler. Available in 90 or 120 liter sizes , the tank is ideal for the domestic hot water needs of a family of 2/3 people . The tank is equipped with an intuitive interface that allows you to make all settings for the configuration and daily use of the system. The full-text display and simplified preset modes make it easy to use even for less experienced users. By adding the optional WLAN card to the interface it will also be possible to manage and monitor the tank remotely via the Daikin Onecta App, the same one that allows you to manage compatible air conditioners from your smartphone or tablet, wherever you are. Onecta is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
With Multi+ the production of domestic hot water can take place according to 3 different modes which exploit the combined action of the heat pump and, possibly, of the additional resistance:

Efficient Mode : best mode to optimize consumption

Quick Mode : The water temperature is reached 30% faster than in Efficient mode

Powerful Mode : the water temperature is reached 50% more quickly than in Efficient mode by activating the integrated electric resistance (more expensive mode in terms of consumption).
The domestic hot water tank and the external unit of Daikin Multi + are perfectly suited : the external unit in fact provides most of the energy used to heat the water inside the tank (the additional electric resistance is activated during requests for DHW greater than those programmed).
- The system can perform the room heating and domestic hot water functions at the same time in the winter period but in the summer the room cooling and water heating functions cannot be performed simultaneously. Therefore, for daily water heating , it is best to program the unit to start early in the morning or when everyone is away from home. Since the domestic water is heated according to the set schedule, the outdoor unit can switch to Cooling mode as soon as an air conditioner is activated.
- In the event of a greater need for hot water , simply activate the Powerful function to make the water reach the desired temperature 50% faster than the Efficient mode. The water will be heated via the electric resistance integrated in the tank and at the same time it will be possible to use the Cooling function for the air conditioners connected to the system.
- In Heating mode , it will be possible to heat both water and rooms simultaneously in a convenient way via the heat pump alone.
The tank is simple to install and maintain: size and weight are reduced, the power and refrigerant connections are located on the top, and the water ones are easily accessible from the bottom. This also allows installation costs to be minimized.
The 90 l tank can be combined with the splits of the other Daikin series. Here the system is proposed in combination with the indoor units of the Perfera All Seasons series.
PERFERA ALL SEASONS SERIES
The internal units of DAIKIN Perfera All Seasons air conditioners are characterized by a more modern style with decisive lines and without curvatures so as to reduce the perceived depth; the internal units are composed of cleanly cut straight lines; with their very modern design they adapt to all environments, enriching them with style so much so that they are suitable for installation in homes, commercial activities, offices and even in hotel environments. The small size facilitates installation thanks to the work of resizing the width of more than 30 mm. The purity of the air is guaranteed by the particular filters and the Flash Streamer system which eliminates viruses, bacteria and allergens thanks to the generation of a flow of high-speed electrons as well as a wider fin which tends to improve the air flow. The exclusive Wi-Fi technology allows you to manage, via the new Daikin Residential Controller App that can be installed on a smartphone or PC , the main functions of your air conditioner even when you are away from home (Wi-Fi network required to connect the unit to the internet) . Furthermore, thanks to the smart speaker it is possible to connect it to Amazon Alexa and Google Home voice devices. THE OUTDOOR UNIT
The Daikin Multi+ outdoor unit forms the heart of this all-in-one system . Thanks to the Inverter and Heat Pump technology and the use of R32 gas with low environmental impact, it is a concentrate of technology, efficiency and consequent reduction in consumption . The Multi+ outdoor unit offers the great advantage of air conditioning up to three rooms using a single outdoor unit; furthermore, thanks to the provision for connecting the hot water boiler, it allows further savings in space and consumption while keeping all the internal units independent of each other. With the external unit of the Multi+ system, Daikin redefines market standards in terms of efficiency, silence and consumption control. Equipped with a swing -type hermetic compressor , it ensures maximum efficiency by continuously regulating the power based on real needs. Machine stops and starts are drastically reduced, reducing energy consumption by up to 30% and maintaining more stable temperatures . Thanks to the new fan of the Multi+ external unit, whose blades have been redesigned to reduce noise emissions and consumption, acoustic comfort and further savings are ensured.
