Daikin Multi+ is the system designed by Daikin to cool, heat and produce domestic hot water in a single solution. As simple as it is revolutionary, Daikin Multi Plus is an efficient multi split air conditioning system which has been combined with a tank for domestic hot water which can thus be produced, for most of the time, by the system's heat pump to the full advantage efficiency and energy and economic savings .
Ideal for replacing old inefficient heating systems and expensive electric water heaters , Daikin Multi+ adapts perfectly to the needs of medium-small families, allowing you to cool and heat up to three rooms and produce domestic hot water in heat pump saving on the bill and improving the comfort of the whole family.
The Daikin Multi+ system consists of an outdoor unit with inverter technology and heat pump , to which a 90 or 120 liter tank can be connected to produce domestic hot water and up to three Daikin splits, also of different series (wall, floor, console , ceiling, etc.). Multi+ therefore also satisfies all style and furnishing needs, being able to combine with the most popular Daikin series in terms of design such as Stylish and Emura, in all their color variations.

120 L TANK
The domestic hot water tank, together with the outdoor unit, is the main component of the Daikin Multi+ . They make it possible to produce domestic hot water with Class A energy efficiency.
Steel structure and hot-galvanized sheet metal coating with anti-corrosion treatment guarantee maximum life for this boiler. Available in 90 or 120 liter sizes , the tank is ideal for the domestic hot water needs of a family of 2/3 people . The tank has an intuitive interface that allows you to make all the settings for the configuration and daily use of the system. The full-text display and simplified preset modes make it easy to use even for inexperienced users. By adding the optional WLAN card to the interface, it will also be possible to manage and monitor the tank even remotely via the Daikin Onecta App, the same one that allows you to manage compatible air conditioners from your smartphone or tablet, wherever you are. Onecta is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
With Multi+ the production of domestic hot water can take place in 3 different ways which exploit the combined action of the heat pump and, possibly, of the additional resistance:

Efficient Mode : best mode to optimize consumption

Quick Mode : the water temperature is reached 30% faster than in the Efficient mode

Powerful Mode : the water temperature is reached 50% faster than in the Efficient mode by activating the integrated electric resistance (more expensive mode in terms of consumption).
T he domestic hot water tank and the Daikin Multi + outdoor unit fit together perfectly : the outdoor unit in fact supplies most of the energy used to heat the water inside the tank (the additional electrical resistance activates during DHW requests greater than those programmed).
- The system can perform the space heating and domestic hot water function at the same time in the winter period but in the summer period the space cooling and water heating function cannot be simultaneous. Therefore, for daily water heating , it is best to program the unit to start early in the morning or when everyone is away. Since domestic hot water is heated according to the set schedule, the outdoor unit can switch to cooling mode as soon as an air conditioner is activated.
- In the event of a greater need for hot water , simply activate the Powerful function to make the water reach the desired temperature 50% faster than in the Efficient mode. The water will be heated by the electric resistance integrated in the tank and at the same time it will be possible to use the Cooling function for the air conditioners connected to the system.
- In Heating mode , it will be possible to heat both the water and the rooms simultaneously in a convenient way using the heat pump alone.
The tank is simple to install and maintain: overall dimensions and weight are reduced, the power and coolant connections are located on the top, the water connections are easily accessible from the bottom. This also minimizes installation costs.
The 120 l tank can be combined with splits from other Daikin series. Here the system is proposed in combination with the indoor units of the Emura 3 series.
EMURA SERIES 3 WHITE
The design represents one of the strong points of this third generation of the Daikin Emura air conditioner . With a width of only 90 cm, the Emura 3 internal units are able to fit discreetly into any environment, resulting if necessary as minimal as they are seductive in their particular shapes. The curved front and rear panels in fact give a modern and at the same time elegant look, giving movement to the entire unit, which is even more captivating when it is opened to allow the air to escape. Daikin Emura 3 consists of a titanium apatite deodorizing filter , a silver filter for the removal of allergens and an air filter that allow you to create and maintain a healthy environment to live in all year round. the air conditioner is equipped with an Intelligent Thermal Sensor which distributes the air, hot or cold, evenly before directing it towards the areas of greater thermal importance, thanks also to the combination of 3D air flow and the movement of the fins. THE OUTDOOR UNIT
The Daikin Multi+ outdoor unit forms the heart of this all–in–one system . Thanks to the Inverter and Heat Pump technology and the use of low environmental impact R32 gas , it is a concentrate of technology, efficiency and consequent reduction in consumption . The Multi+ outdoor unit offers the great advantage of air conditioning up to three rooms using a single outdoor unit; moreover, thanks to the predisposition for the connection of the hot water boiler, it allows a further saving of space and consumption keeping all the internal units independent of each other. With the outdoor unit of the Multi+ system, Daikin redefines market standards in terms of efficiency, silence and consumption control. Equipped with a swing -type hermetic compressor , it ensures maximum efficiency by continuously regulating the power based on real needs. Stops and restarts of the machine are drastically reduced by reducing energy consumption by up to 30% and maintaining more stable temperatures . Thanks to the new fan of the Multi+ outdoor unit, whose blades have been redesigned to reduce noise emissions and consumption, acoustic comfort and further savings are ensured. A new front grille in an ivory color elegantly hides the fan. The Multi+ outdoor unit reaches energy efficiency values of Class A+++ in cooling , A++ in heating and A for domestic hot water .
