Pair of wall fixings for water heaters and waste cisterns
Pair of Wall Fixings composed of support unit, expander cone and dowel.
They allow the wall support of water heaters, flush cisterns but their use is practically unlimited and directed to the support of any suspended element of considerable weight.
Each is composed of:
- L-shaped steel support unit 92 mm long. with the flat head 12 mm wide. in the support area and the full-length threaded body in the screwing area with a thickness of 10 mm. The support unit is equipped with the pronounced collar which prevents it from slipping into the dowel during screwing thus ensuring an easier installation. It is resistant to rust.
- Brass expander cone which allows expansion of the anchor during installation and is designed to facilitate its fixing in semi-solid support materials. The expanding cone has a serrated inner edge which anchors it firmly to the plug.
- 71 mm long top quality pure nylon plug. and with a diameter of 14 mm. equipped with a pronounced collar that prevents the dowel from slipping into the hole made for installation. The dowel is designed to facilitate easy insertion into the hole, it is equipped with two long ribs that prevent it from rotating in the installation hole and tear-proof flaps; during screwing, the controlled expansion of the dowel in four directions and against the first folder of the semi-solid brick allows for safe and resistant anchoring of the entire Fastening .
The Fasteners are particularly resistant and support considerable vertical loads (Concrete: 1.2 KN/122.3 Kg – Semi-solid brick 0.90 KN/91.7 Kg for each); they are used on both full and semi-solid support materials (on semi-solid supports it is advisable to drill only in rotation) such as concrete, solid clay bricks, semi-solid bricks; they are installed using a 14mm drill bit. in diameter; they come in pairs.
