GEL Long Life 800 Heating System Cleaner 1 litre
Long Life 800 from the GEL brand is a powerful restorative product , formulated to effectively remove large quantities of metal oxides and scale accumulated in heating systems. Its action allows even the most resistant sludge to be dissolved and kept in suspension, restoring correct circulation in partially blocked radiators. Thanks to its non-acidic formula , Long Life 800 eliminates the need to resort to acidic products, avoiding the problems associated with them. It is safe for all metal materials present in the system, including aluminum.
It is recommended to treat the system with Long Life 800 before installing a new boiler or pump on an existing system.
HOW TO USE AND DOSAGE
Long Life 800 can be introduced directly into the system via the Termo Tank loading device, a dosing pump, the vent valve of a radiator, or directly into the expansion vessel.
The product is ready to use and should be dosed at a rate of 1 litre for every 100 litres of water in the system (a 1 litre can for systems with up to 8/10 radiators). If necessary, the treatment can be repeated.
At the end of the treatment, empty the system and rinse until the water is clean. After washing, it is recommended to add a corrosion inhibitor such as GEL Long Life 100 (code 11316011) to protect the system.
