Magnetic mud separator-deaerator MUT Ø1 1/4 G with insulation
The MUT DF/DS magnetic dirt separator-deaerator has the function of continuously eliminating air and impurities present in the hydraulic circuits of heating and cooling systems.
The device combines two different functions. Deaeration allows air bubbles present in the circuit to be intercepted through an internal mesh and continuously eliminated through the automatic vent. Mud removal , on the other hand, allows heavier impurities present in the fluid to be retained, slowing their speed and promoting their sedimentation in the lower part of the body, called the collection tank .
The dirt separator also features a magnetic device that traps ferromagnetic impurities in the circuit. The combination of deaeration and deaeration functions helps keep the system water cleaner and properly deaerated, promoting optimal system operation and limiting noise and potential mechanical damage.
The MUT DF/DS 7.030.01997 is made with a brass body , has G 1 1/4 threaded connections and a nominal diameter of DN32 . The device is supplied complete with closed-cell expanded material shell insulation , designed to ensure thermal insulation of the body in the presence of both hot and chilled water.
The mud separator-deaerator can be used with water and water with glycol , with a maximum glycol percentage of 30% . The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar , while the operating temperature range is between 0 and 110°C .
Periodically opening the drain system allows for the elimination of impurities accumulated in the collection tank. Installation and maintenance must be performed by experienced and qualified technical personnel , following the instructions provided in the manufacturer's technical documentation.
