This MINIMUM TEMPERATURE PROBE is used in combination with the CARRIER type A controls to allow the fan coil to switch on and off automatically.
It is used for appliances operating in heating and cooling.
It is a true electronic thermometer the electrical wiring connects to the control while the temperature detection sensor is positioned in contact with the supply pipe of the fan coil and reads the temperature of the water circulating in it; in heating mode it stops the electric fan when the water temperature is lower than 35°C and starts it when it is higher while in cooling mode it stops the electric fan when the water temperature is higher than 18°C and starts it when it is lower.
