Ivar Brix M acid condensate neutralizer produced by condensing boilers with connection kit and calcium carbonate
Brix M is the Ivar neutralizer to be installed downstream of the condensate drain of condensing boilers to prevent corrosion. The condensate produced by the exhaust fumes before expulsion has a low PH and is therefore very acidic due to the carbon dioxide produced during combustion. It is therefore corrosive and dangerous for the domestic exhaust system. Brix M allows the acidic condensate to pass through the calcium carbonate charge which neutralizes it, increasing the PH>6, allowing safe discharge.
The kit includes the Brix M ø20 neutralizer, the connection kit and a pack of calcium carbonate.
