NUOS EVO SPLIT is the new air-water heat pump water heater from Ariston; the operating principle, absolutely innovative, ensures that the heat pump extracts the heat already present in the outside air to transfer it to the domestic water thanks to the thermodynamic cycle. Electricity consumption is reduced to a minimum. NUOS SPLIT is composed of an External Unit and an Internal Unit that contains the boiler. Excellent aesthetic appearance with a pleasant and modern line.
GUARANTEED SAVINGS AND HIGH COMFORT
The Ariston NUOS SPLIT Heat Pump Water Heater is of the air-water type, it produces domestic hot water with short heating times and very low energy consumption. It is composed of two elements: an Internal Unit that contains the boiler and an External Unit like that of an air conditioner that houses the bulkier components including the evaporator, the rotary compressor, the expansion valve, the four-way valve and the fan.
Unlike monoblock heat pump water heaters, the separation of the two elements allows for a water heater that can be installed on the wall and is particularly small in size because the refrigeration unit is contained in the External Unit; it offers great silence both in the home and outside thanks to the reduced vibrations of the compressor, furthermore it is not necessary to create an internal condensate drain. The advantages also materialize during the installation phase since the masonry work is reduced to a minimum; maintenance is very easy since it is limited to cleaning the evaporator.
The NUOS EVO SPLIT water heater has operating capabilities with air temperatures ranging from -5°C to 42°C, uses R134A GAS which allows the production of hot water up to 62°C. in heat pump and up to 75°C with electrical resistance. The condenser is not immersed in the water but wrapped around the boiler which is made of titanium enamelled steel and equipped with a special insulation of significant thickness, it is equipped with the integrative electrical resistance, active anode and magnesium anode. It is controlled via the control panel with LCD display located on the Internal Unit which constantly communicates the operating parameters and the set functions, among which the most important are the Green Function which optimises energy saving, the Boost and Boost2 Functions which allow you to reduce heating times using both the heat pump and the electric resistance, the Auto Mode which offers the best ratio between comfort and savings, the Timed Withdrawal Programming thanks to which it is possible to customise two time slots for greater use of hot water, the Voyage Function which suspends operation for the programmed number of days of absence from the home, the Anti-legionella Function which, if necessary, automatically disinfects the tank, automatically killing all bacteria.
Energy consumption is among the lowest in the category, the article is in Energy Class A and allows significant energy savings with cost reductions of up to 70% less than a normal electric water heater of equal power.
