As it is a packaged air conditioner, installation does not require the construction of masonry works: it is simply enough to have a vent for the air which will be expelled from the appropriate 1.5 m pipe (supplied) towards the outside, even through a window. Only in some cases, if you decide to use it more intensively, it may be convenient to make a hole in the external wall to connect the pipe. A slight curve on the sides accompanies the practical handles which facilitate its possible movement, thanks also to the swivel wheels with which it is equipped. The upper section houses the control panel and the grille for the air outlet, while the front part houses the IR receiver of the remote control for remote operation. Clean air and comfort
The air conditioner optimally purifies the air thanks to the multi-filtering system made up of an electrostatic filter (with anti-dust function) and an activated carbon filter (effective against bad smells); the filter can be easily removed for cleaning. The VENTILATION mode allows you to use the portable air conditioner as a normal fan with 5 speeds, while the DEHUMIDIFICATION mode allows you to obtain drier air, which is really useful in summer with sultry and humid temperatures; AUTO mode activates the function automatically COOLING or HEATING (only for the model with heat pump) or the FAN function in relation to the room temperature and the set temperature; the TURBO mode makes the air conditioner work at maximum power and maximum fan speed in order to reach the set temperature very quickly. The TIMER allows programmed switching on and off; the SLEEP mode allows progressive operation of cooling or heating by graduating the temperature during the night; AUTO-RESTART automatically restarts the air conditioner with the previous settings in the event of a sudden power cut. Further functions can be identified and set via the easy-to-understand operating manual supplied.
The condensed water is collected in the special internal tray without the need for an external tank, receiving an audible warning and a warning on the display when the predetermined level has been reached and there is a need to drain by removing the special cap.
