The Panasonic Aquarea High Performance Monobloc J Series is a highly efficient air-to-water solution designed for heating , cooling , and domestic hot water production in residential homes. Available in 5, 7, and 9 kW capacities, this range combines high energy performance, ease of installation, and broad application flexibility thanks to the monobloc configuration, which encloses the entire refrigeration circuit within the outdoor unit. Integration with a heat pump storage tank is recommended for domestic hot water production systems, as it is designed for domestic hot water production in combination with an external boiler (not included).

Designed for both new construction and energy retrofit projects, the J Series guarantees reliable operation even in particularly harsh climates, maintaining comfort and continuity of operation throughout the year. Equipped with Inverter+ technology , it continuously adjusts compressor power based on the home's actual needs, helping to reduce energy consumption, improve comfort, and maintain a stable temperature with fewer fluctuations.

High energy efficiency and optimised consumption

The Panasonic Aquarea J Series heat pumps achieve energy class A+++ in heating at 35°C and Energy class A++ at 55°C , offering high seasonal efficiency and helping reduce the system's energy consumption. The variable-speed water pump, classified in Class A , automatically modulates operation based on the system's actual needs, further improving performance and limiting energy waste.

The use of R32 refrigerant also allows us to combine high performance with a lower environmental impact than previous generation refrigerants.

Comfort guaranteed even with external temperatures down to -20 °C

The J Series is designed to operate reliably even during the harshest winters. The unit maintains heating operation with outside temperatures as low as -20°C and produces technical water with a flow temperature of up to 60°C , making it compatible with radiant floor systems, fan coil units, and low-temperature radiators. During the summer, the heat pump can also be used for cooling.

Simplified installation thanks to the monoblock configuration

The Monobloc configuration integrates the entire refrigeration circuit directly into the outdoor unit, eliminating the need for refrigerant connections between the indoor and outdoor units. This solution simplifies installation and makes the system particularly suitable for residential installations, reducing assembly time and maintenance on the refrigeration system.

To further increase the ease of installation, Panasonic integrates the following as standard:

• magnetic water filter;
• 6-liter expansion vessel;
• built-in flow switch.

Advanced control and wide integration possibilities

The J Series electronic platform is designed for advanced functions via optional cards , allowing the management of more advanced systems with:

• two-zone control;
• dual management;
• Smart Grid contact;
• additional control functions dedicated to advanced systems.

For connectivity, the optional Wi-Fi module code CZ-TAW1B is available, which allows remote control via Panasonic Comfort Cloud and remote maintenance via Aquarea Service Cloud . Integration with BMS systems for centralized system management is also available.

Aquarea remote control included , with an intuitive interface for managing heating, cooling and domestic hot water, which can also be wall-mounted for convenient control of the system.
