GEL Long Life Thermoflush 8 Pressurizable Boiler Flushing Device
Long Life Thermoflush 8 is a device designed by the GEL brand to facilitate cleaning, protection and maintenance operations of heating systems . It is a pressurized stainless steel device to be connected to the boiler for effective cleaning even at the temperature of the primary exchanger of condensing boilers and the 3-way valve, without excluding the domestic hot water for use. The container includes shut-off valves, manual vent, flow and return pipes resistant up to 60°C, upper cover for opening and introducing chemical product.
GEL Long Life THERMOFLUSH 8 must be installed on the flow and return lines of the boiler, taking care to connect the upper part in the return and the lower part in the flow line.
Insert the LONG LIFE BOILER chemical product (Long Life THERMO CLEANER cod. 11316605) from the top cover and open the device's shut-off valves to start cleaning, taking care to check the correct operating pressures. Leave the device running for at least 2 hours and for a maximum of 8, in any case for a time appropriate to the level of dirt in the boiler.
At the end of the wash, drain the chemical and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Thermoflush 8 is suitable for boilers with power up to 35kW.
